Fort Wayne Canterbury girls route Prarie Heights

Fort Wayne Canterbury, ranked No. 1 in Class 1A, ran away from host Prairie Heights, 89-69 Saturday evening in Brushy Prairie.

Kindell Fincher poured in 26 points and Darby Maggard sank 25 to lead the Lady Cavaliers, who closed out their regular season with an 18-2 record.

Shawna Carbone swished 19 points and snared 10 rebounds for the 11-7 Lady Panthers. Logan Penick produced 13 points and six assists, Taryn Terry 12 points and five rebounds, Tianna Terry 12 points, five rebounds and five assists, and Tressa Terry five rebounds and six assists.
