Fairfield drops Westview in girls tennis

In a battle for first place in the NECC girls tennis standings, Fairfield prevailed over Westview, 5-0 last Thursday night in Emma.

The Lady Falcons, now 6-0 in league decisions, won all five matches in two sets.

Westview dropped to 4-2 in the NECC and to 5-4 overall with the setback.

In junior varsity action, Lady Warrior Charlotte Jones defeated both Kara Zollinger (8-6) and Megan Ulrich (6-4) in singles.
