Ella Pauline Yoder, 93, LaGrange, died Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at her residence.
She was born June 12, 1918, in Topeka, to Levi I. and Mary (Schlabach) Schrock.
Living all her life in LaGrange County, she was a homemaker and member of the Old Order Amish Church.
She was married October 23, 1947, in Topeka, to Ira A. Yoder. He preceded her in death on March 4, 1998.
Surviving are four daughters and sons-in-law, Freeda and Lester Kramer, LaGrange, Mary Lou and Calvin Miller, LaGrange, LeAnna and DeWayne Bontrager, Shipshewana, and Erma and Ernest Miller, Goshen; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Freeman and Marietta Yoder, Pardeeville, Wisc., Floyd Yoder, Nokomis, Fla., and David and Donna Yoder, Goshen; two stepdaughters and stepsons-in-law, Katie and Melvin Mullet, Topeka, and Fannie and Jacob Troyer, Markesan, Wisc.; one stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, William and Ella Yoder, Berne, Ind.; 46 grandchildren; 23 stepgrandchildren; 143 great-grandchildren; 117 stepgreat-grandchildren, two stepgreat-great-grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law, Fanny and Menno Lambright, Topeka; and one brother, Ammon Schrock, Sarasota, Fla.
She was preceded in death by one granddaughter, two stepgrandsons, several great-grandchildren, three sisters, Viola Schrock, Anna Yoder, and Lydia Miller, and three brothers, Freeman, Truman, and Raymond Schrock.
Visitation is all day Thursday, May 24, at the family residence, 1490E 300S in LaGrange.
Services will be 9:30 a.m. Friday, May 25, at the family residence, 1490E 300S in LaGrange, with Bishop Marvin Graber and home ministers officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, rural LaGrange.
