Elizabeth Ellen Troyer, 81, Syracuse, formerly of Middlebury and Topeka, died Friday, January 24, 2014 at IU Health Goshen Hospital.
She was born January 26, 1932, in Nappanee, Ind., to Daniel and Fannie (Miller) Miller.
She was a homemaker, assistant manager at the Emma store for 10 years and a cashier at the Shipshewana Auction Restaurant for five years. She was a member of Emma Mennonite Church.
She was married October 22, 1955 to Andy E. Mast. He preceded her in death on June 21, 1993. She was married March 25, 1995 to Raymond T. Troyer. He preceded her in death on March 12, 1998.
Surviving are two daughters, Linda (Dexter) Prough, Howe, and Susan (Shane) Slabaugh, Syracuse; one son, Wilbur Dean (Teresa) Mast, Howe; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Clara Kemp, Edna (Marvin) Miller, and Wilma (Henry) Yoder, all of Nappanee, Ind.; and one brother, Marvin (Fannie Mae) Miller, Nappanee, Ind.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one granddaughter.
Visitation is 3-7 p.m. Monday January 27, at Emma Mennonite Church in Topeka.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 28, at Emma Mennonite Church in Topeka with Pastor Gene Hartman and Pastor Derrick Ramer officiating.
Burial will be in Shore Cemetery, Shipshewana.
