Edith (Edie) Munn-Hagen, 94, White Pigeon, Mich., died Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Thurston Woods Village in Sturgis, Mich.
She was born December 18, 1918, in Crystal, Mich., to Fred and Eulah (Faylor) Munn.
Spending her early life in Ionia, Mich., and most of her life in White Pigeon, Mich., she was a 1938 graduate of Ionia High School, a bookkeeper, a seamstress, a cake decorator, and was a Mary Kay consultant for 30 years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, where she was a church elder and deacon.
She was married October 18, 1945 to Paul E. Hagen. He preceded her in death on April 22, 1981.
Surviving are one daughter, Kathryn (Brian) Daly, Windsor, Conn.; three sons, Paul (Kathy) Hagen Jr., Ellicott City, Md., Jeffry (Vonda) Hagen, Hudson, Ind., and Dale (Robin) Hagen, White Pigeon, Mich.; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one sister, LaMoyne (Jim) Meek, Auburndale, Fla.; three brothers, Ben (Connie) Munn, Joe Munn, and Bruce Munn, all of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Mary Jane Hagen, one granddaughter, Elizabeth Daly, five brothers, and three sisters.
Visitation is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, at Farrand Funeral Home in White Pigeon, Mich.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, May 9, at the First Presbyterian Church in White Pigeon, Mich., with Pastor Steve Kaszar officiating.
Burial will be in White Pigeon Township Cemetery, White Pigeon, Mich.
Memorials may be directed to the American Kidney Foundation, the Heartlight Center in Sturgis, Mich., or the First Presbyterian Church.
