East Noble dealt Prairie Heights a 57-35 varsity girls basketball setback Tuesday evening in Kendallville.
The Lady Knights took a 24-13 lead into the halftime break, then held the Lady Panthers to a single point in the third period in building a 30-14 cushion. The hosts swished 15 free throws in the final frame to nail down the triumph.
Kourtney Edwards paced a 10-player scoring attack for East Noble with 11 points. Brie Ramos finished with nine markers and both Kerri Schrock and Jena Yates produced eight.
Shawna Carbone and Kayla Feeney each sank eight points to lead Prairie Heights. Emily Dunne grabbed eight rebounds and Logan Penick made five steals.
