David W. Stutzman, 71, Shipshewana, died Monday, March 19, 2012 at his residence.
He was born March 27, 1940, in Revenna, Ohio, to Ray and Vada (Stutzman) Stutzman.
He was a member of Emma Mennonite Church, where he was a custodian for over 11 years.
He was married September 3, 1960, in Topeka, to Donna L. Yoder. She survives.
Also surviving are four daughters, Virginia Stutzman, Nappanee, Beverly (John) Fleischauer, LaGrange, Paula (Ron) Quick, Shipshewana, and Lisa (Jim) Taylor, Ligonier; one son, Lyle (Corina) Stutzman, Niles, Mich.; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three sisters, Suzzanne Stucky, Loveland, Colo., Betty Jordon, Phoenix, Ariz., and Shirley Craft, Phoenix, Ariz.; and four brothers, Larry Stutzman and Dennis Stutzman, both of Oark, Ark., Devon Stutzman, Finley, Ohio, and Vernon Stutzman, Blue Springs, Mo.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Sherry Weaver.
Visitation is 2-7 p.m. on Thursday, March 22, at Emma Mennonite Church, in Topeka.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday, March 23, at Emma Mennonite Church, in Topeka with Reverend Gene Hartman and Reverend Derrick Ramer officiating.
Burial will be in Shore Cemetery, Shipshewana.
