Cynthia Lumbard, 77, Howe, died Sunday, December 5, 2011 at her residence.
She was born December 13, 1934, in Grand Rapids, Mich., to Kent B. and Vivian (Glime) Lumbard.
Cynthia was a social worker for various counties in the state of Michigan and in 1995 she and Joan Porter opened Lum’s Pizza in Howe, operating it for 10 years. She was a member of the Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sturgis, Mich.
Surviving are one daughter, Kimberly Lumbard, Howe; one son, Daniel Lumbard, Howe; five grandchildren, Denylle Lumbard, Timothy Abbott, Kayla Sivertson, Nathan Lumbard, and Bryson Lumbard; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation is 9-10 a.m. Saturday December 10, at Carney-Frost Funeral Home in LaGrange.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, December 10, at Carney-Frost Funeral Home in LaGrange with the Father German Perez-Diaz officiating.
