An exclusive CrossRoads RV dealer appreciation party at the Hard Rock Café in downtown Louisville, Ky., this past Tuesday evening was a huge success, according to Don Emahiser, the company’s lead man. “We entertained approximately 400 dealers and associates – it was a positive, high-energy event we wanted to host to thank our dealers for their support and effort in 2012.”
Tom Montague, general manager for CrossRoads and Redwood RV who also acts as the companies’ director of marketing, said booking Canadian rockers The Guess Who as the headliner for the VIP-only party at the Hard Rock was a highlight. “Our NGV brand is a new way of doing business,” Montague stated. “The VIP concert, booth design at both Louisville and Open House, and our DSC (Dealer Support Crew) are just a few examples of how CrossRoads and Redwood are changing the game. We're listening and our dealers and customers are excited! In fact, we've had dealers tell us they can't wait for 2013 to see what we do next.” Traffic at the National RV Trade Show held at the Kentucky Exposition Center wasn't as heavy as in years past, Montague noted, but the interaction between CrossRoads and their dealer body was the best in company history.
“We signed new dealers, shored up many old relationships, and presented our full line of 2013 products this week,” said Matt Thompson, another CrossRoads RV general manager. He said that CrossRoads put their best foot forward and made a lasting impression with dealers. “We're at the right price points, with the right features, colors and floor plans to make 2013 an even better year than 2012,” Thompson added. “And we’re looking forward to helping our dealers have an even more successful 2013, and this event was a great kickoff.”
