Circuit Court news

 

    The following people recently appeared before Judge J. Scott VanDerbeck in the LaGrange County Circuit Court.

    Savanah C. Yenor, convicted of Assisting a Criminal, a Class D Felony, was sentenced to 18 months in the LaGrange County Jail, suspended, 17½ months probation, and $169 in fines and court costs.

    Trey A. Ashbrook, convicted of two counts of Criminal Trespass, each a Class A Misdemeanor, Resisting Law Enforcement, Ct. II, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Illegal Possession of Alcohol by a Minor, Ct. III, a Class C Misdemeanor, was sentenced to 90 days in the LaGrange County Jail, credit for time served, six months probation, and $352 in fines and court costs.

    Bradley D. Walz, convicted of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class D Felony, was sentenced to one year with the Dept. of Corrections, suspended, one year probation, 32 hours community service, and $191 in fines and court costs.
