Churubusco flew past Prairie Heights, 44-32 in NECC boys basketball last Friday night.
Josh LeFever’s 12 points topped the Eagles, who built leads of 12-6, 21-11 and 29-15 at the three period stops. Netting eight markers for the victors were Austin Goepfrich, Dylan Jones and Tyler Arrowsmith.
Kyler West tossed in 12 points and Woody Riha sank 10 to pace the Panthers, who dipped to 1-5 overall and to 1-2 in NECC play with the loss.
