Central Noble nips Lakers in girls tennis

Central Noble pulled out a 3-2 NECC girls tennis win over visiting Lakeland Wednesday night.

Three-set victories by the No. 3 singles player Katie Hatch and the No. 1 doubled unit of Tricia VanGessel and Cassidy Klemp earned the decisive points for the Lady Cougars.

Triumphing for the Lady Lakers were Audrey Stephens at No. 2 singles and the No. 2 doubles crew of Becca Wooster and Cori Vaughn.
