Angola routes Lakeland in baseball action

Home runs by Hunter Peppler and Christian Bonham propelled Angola past Lakeland, 11-0 in NECC baseball action Saturday in LaGrange.

Bonham also doubled for the Hornets and scored three runs. Markus Arnold went 3-4 at the plate with an RBI, while Chad Hammel and Skylar Parker each delivered run-scoring hits.

Arnold scattered five Laker hits and struckout eight in logging the pitching triumph.
